We at the Palestine Foundation value and honor music as not only a beautiful and unifying cultural expression, but as a tool to bridge generational gaps. Music is our way of relating to the generations that came before us and maintaining the beauty of our culture for incoming generations. Much like the sense of pride we feel when our children sing the national anthem, a song that all of us young and old have a connection to. 
 
Emotion is integral to the human experience.  It is something that regardless of race or creed can be understood. Here at Palestine Foundation we acknowledge that music speaks to ones spirit in a way that does not discriminate. What better way to find commonality with cultures outside our own than through sharing our music with the world? And that is why we do these concerts: to connect, to inspire, to spread joy, to educate, to feel, to honor….all from a place of love.

COMMEMORATE ARAB AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH WITH THE PALESTINE FOUNDATION!

A concert for all fans of Arab music

 

Join us in welcoming artists Nibal Malshi, Samir Rizk and Hamid for an evening celebrating the joys of Arab Heritage through song.

 

The event will also feature the children of Mawtini Choir who will delight us with songs and dabkeh. Join us and reserve your tickets today! 

 

This concert is a very special celebration of Arab American Heritage Month, which was just recognized by Orange County this week with a proclamation. When Rashad Al-Dabbagh of the Arab American Civic Council accepted the proclamation, he made a special invitation to visit our event this weekend. Check out the video here:
